A

  • Atropine/Diphenoxylate (generic of Lomotil)

    • Generic Name: Diphenoxylate HCl + Atropine Sulfate

    • Indication: Treatment of diarrhea

    • Dose: 2.5 mg diphenoxylate + 0.025 mg atropine orally four times daily, as needed

B

  • Benztropine

    • Generic Name: Benztropine Mesylate

    • Indication: Parkinsonism and extrapyramidal disorders

    • Dose: 1–2 mg orally once or twice daily

C

  • Carvedilol

    • Generic Name: Carvedilol

    • Indication: Hypertension, heart failure, post–myocardial infarction

    • Dose: Start 3.125–6.25 mg orally twice daily; titrate up to 25 mg BID (or 50 mg BID if >85 kg)
