Acyclovir tablets
Indication: Herpes simplex virus infections, herpes zoster (shingles).
Dose: 200–800 mg orally every 4–5 hours depending on infection type.
Alendronate sodium tablets

Dose: 10 mg daily or 70 mg once weekly.

Bonsity® (teriparatide)
Indication: Osteoporosis at high risk for fracture.
Dose: 20 mcg subcutaneous daily.
Buprenorphine/Naloxone sublingual film
Indication: Opioid dependence treatment.
Dose: 2/0.5 mg to 12/3 mg films; individualized daily dosing.
Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets
Indication: Major depressive disorder, smoking cessation.

Carbidopa tablets

Dexamethasone tablets
Indication: Anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressant, antiemetic.
Dose: 0.5–10 mg orally daily or in divided doses.
Disulfiram tablets
Indication: Alcohol dependence (deterrent therapy).
Dose: 250–500 mg orally once daily.
Doxycycline hyclate capsules
Indication: Bacterial infections, acne, malaria prophylaxis.
Dose: 100 mg orally every 12 hours (infections); 100 mg daily (malaria prevention).

Estradiol tablets
Indication: Menopausal symptoms, hormone replacement therapy.
Dose: 1–2 mg orally daily.

Levothyroxine sodium tablets
Indication: Hypothyroidism, TSH suppression in thyroid cancer.

Metformin hydrochloride tablets

Indication: Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, certain cancers.
Dose: 7.5–25 mg orally once weekly (higher in oncology protocols).

Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets
Indication: Moderate to severe pain.
Dose: 5–15 mg orally every 4–6 hours as needed.
Oxycodone/Acetaminophen tablets
Indication: Moderate to moderately severe pain.
Dose: 1 tablet (e.g., 7.5 mg/325 mg) every 6 hours as needed.

Prednisone tablets
Indication: Anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive conditions.
Dose: 5–60 mg orally daily, individualized.
Propranolol hydrochloride tablets
Indication: Hypertension, angina, arrhythmias, migraine prevention.
Dose: 40–160 mg orally daily in divided doses.

Simvastatin tablets

Dose: 10–40 mg orally once daily in the evening.
Sumatriptan tablets
